Black Desert launches March 3, 2nd Closed Beta sign ups begin today

Daum Games has announced the official release date for Black Desert Online in North America and Europe: March 3, 2016. You can pre-order a package until February 26, after which these packs will expire. The second and final closed beta date begins February 18, 08:00 UTC and ends on the 22nd of February at 08:00 UTC and the sign-ups are already open at the official website. Those who purchased a Explorer’s or Conqueror’s package have automatic access to the beta.

In case you didn't know already, Black Desert Online is free-to-play in Japan, Korea and Russia but not it North America and Europe, where you have to buy the game to play. If you're disappointed you can still download the amazing standalone character creator for free – maybe this will convince you to purchase the full game.

A new trailer was revealed to go with the release date announcement, but in all honestly it doesn't do Black Desert Online justice.
