Black Desert reveals full list of territories, Oceania now included

Daum Games Europe has clarified the unexpected IP block situation concerning the western release of Black Desert Online. While previously the publisher vaguely mentioned the regions where this version is playable, now they posted the full territory of service list.

Here is the territory list:
