Core Masters closed in SEA region, western version probably dead

MOBA game Core Masters is going to shut down in Southeast Asia on January 8, 2016, Garena has announced. This closure follows the one of the Korean server that occurred in June 2015 and is directly related to this announcement, as developer Soft Big Bang stopped further development of the game.

This is just one more hint that the previously announced North American release is no more, as the official website isn't updated since it opened and there are no updates on the game's official social networks. Either way, it would be extremely weird to see an MMO game release without further content being developed, so we can count Core Masters as dead.
