Dark Blood is shutting down in January

Well, that didn’t take very long. Dark Blood is another game that joins the infamous group of shutdown free-to-play games, with Outspark revealing that this action MMO will be closing down for good on January 15, 2013.

With the announcement came the usual news about refunds that you can read on the official website. The premium shop was closed on December 28 and if you made a recent purchase, you’ll get a certain amount of SparkCash.

It’s not all grim, since Outspark is thanking players and assuring they will do their best to find a new publisher for Dark Blood and save your character information. We wouldn’t bet on that, however, since very few games tend to come back from the dead, so to speak.
