Dauntless footage shows combat against Pangar and Shrike

Ahead of PAX South later this month, Dauntless has a couple of new gameplay videos courtesy of Polygon. This is the first time we get a proper glimpse of the game, UI included, and for several minutes each video.

This Monster Hunter-like co-op PC game pits you and a few friends against fearsome behemoths and one of them was still shrouded in secrecy, the Pangar, but you can watch it below. The other video shows a battle against the Shrike, this kind of owl-like creature.

Dauntless is free-to-play and planned to release in 2017, so if you're interesting in trying the beta when it opens, sign up at the official website.
