Just as announced, the Hyper Universe closed beta has started. Nexon has opened this original side-scrolling MOBA to everyone who was lucky enough to grab a beta key. It's a fairly short closed beta, so be sure to make the most out of it – the servers are closing on June 30 at 10:00AM PDT / 18:00 BST.
As for the content that you can try right now, you can count on 27 Hypers (at least it's a nice change from the usual ‘heroes' or ‘champions'), with a rotation of six Hypers. This Hyper Universe closed beta marks the debut of the English voice over, as the previous alpha still had the original Korean voice acting. You have basic controller support for Xbox and Logitech controllers, with more supported controllers on their way. You can choose from North American or European servers, and the tutorial quest was modified, with the three mandatory AI matches removed.
