Laplace is the new game from the makers of Dragomon Hunter

The very productive studio X-Legend Entertainment has just announced a new game called Laplace (thanks MMOCulture). This game follows on the tradition of the Taiwan-based studio by using colorful anime visuals, however this time there's a spin to it – it's not played in traditional third-person anymore, but more of an isometric perspective. We would say it's a mix between X-Legend's previous games and Diablo-like MMOs such as ELOA: Elite Lord of Alliance, or you could also say it's closer to Tree of Savior in some parts. It's more action-packed than usual (once again think Tree of Savior) and while it's currently only planned for Taiwan, Aeria Games is known to pick some games from X-Legend to release in North America and Europe, such as Aura Kingdom and Dragomon Hunter (originally known as Dragon Slayer).

As for Laplace, it will feature four classes on release and six weapons, each one with its own active skills – it is said that the combinations could potentially be over 5,000. More classes and weapons are planned for post-launch. The story should deserve a special attention on this game, with the bosses being based on the seven sins. Dungeons are expected to be filled with many traps and hazards.

It's too early for a release date but we should learn more about Laplace in the coming months.
