Magic Duels: Origins is the next F2P Magic the Gathering game

Developer Steel Games has announced the next Magic the Gathering game and it is going to be free-to-play. Magic Duels: Origins is the title and the release is planned for July on PC, Xbox One and iPad, with a PlayStation 4 version getting a release later.

Magic Duels: Origins is based on the upcoming Summer set of the physical game, Magic: Origins. The feature list includes a solo battle mode with virtually endless AI opponents, the first-ever playable Planeswalker cards, limitless free-to-play with 100% earnable content (let's hope it's not too much of a grind though), expanded multiplayer options and an all-new skill quest tutorial system.

A trailer was released along with the announcement and you can watch it below.
