Neverwinter's upcoming update to the Maze Engine expansion – yes, you've read it right – will allow guilds to work together for a common good. The Maze Engine: Guild Alliances releases on PC June 7 and Xbox One at a later date and adds new system improvements, including the Sword Coast Chronicles campaign system.
The Strongholds system sees some changes with this update, with guilds of different sizes being able to form alliances to become more powerful – larger guilds can help smaller guilds level up faster. A new guild chat function will be introduced and groups are free to visit each others strongholds to buy items. The Sword Coast Chronicles helps adventurers to plan out their journey and see what challenges lay ahead, besides unlocking brand new achievements.
