“The Swordmage is a master of fire, lightning, and upskirts.” Well, maybe that's not exactly how the new Swordmage trailer begins, but it should give you an idea on how this class goes about in Revelation Online, and pretty much other MMORPG that includes a female mage. Swordmages have the ability to manipulate ice, thunder and flame, and their teleport option is useful for getting close to an enemy or jumping back out of danger.
