Strike Suit Zero devs reveal 5v5 PvP game Fractured Space

Wargaming acquires Fractured Space developer

The team that created Strike Suit Zero has just announced their new game. This time operating under the name Edge Case Games, the studio is working on a sci-fi tactical combat game called Fractured Space. This is also a first for the studio, since unlike Strike Suit Zero, Fractured Space will be a free-to-play game.

Fractured Space features 5v5 PvP combat and truly massive ships. The ships can be customized with the use of Galactic Coins, the in-game currency earned in battle. While there are no screenshots or gameplay trailers at the moment, we get the feeling that Fractured Space is somewhat similar to the recently announced Dreadnought, or, why not, a World of Warships set in space.

Fractured Space will launch on Steam Early Access later this year with the full release scheduled for 2015. You can sign up at the official website for updates.
