Tactical Intervention failed, about to shut down

Something clearly went very wrong with Tactical Intervention, the ambitious new shooter from Minh Le, co-creator of Counter-Strike. After a couple of years in beta testing and a North America (nothing for European players) release on March 28th, OGPlanet decided to shut down this free-to-play online FPS.

The reasons were the usual: low player population and lack of community activity. The game will officially close on June 10th. Check the official announcement for info on refunds.

We don’t want to sound grim, but if Tactical Intervention didn’t succeed, what fate is in store to OGPlanet’s other shooter (still in beta testing), Gundog: Animal World War?
