In what is possibly the most pointless news of the entire year, Trion Worlds and Crytek confirmed that the free-to-play online FPS Warface will be available in the US and Europe. Crytek had already announced this in August 2011.
Warface is also going to be available in Australia, New Zealand, and Turkey on PC through Crytek’s GFACE platform and Trion’s Red Door. This game was developed using the powerful CryEngine 3 and is described as a F2P AAA title.
Warface is already available in Russia and has more than 2 million registered users happily shooting each other.
