2. Visit www.PlayPWI.com to install and launch the Arc client if you haven’t already.
3. Select the gear icon at the top right of the client.
4. Navigate to the “Games” section to download PWI, then launch it from the “Library” section.
5. Create your character!
6. Return to the Arc Client and locate the gear icon in the upper right corner.
7. Select “Activate a Product,” enter the item code and click ‘Next.’
8. You’ll now be able to access your items via the in-game mailbox.
