This game is no exception and you'll find many cybernetic pots ready for the creation of tasty dishes, just waiting for your ingredients. These dishes usually give you some sort of buff, so you shouldn't overlook them. Furthermore, a few quests require you to cook a dish and deliver it to a specific NPC, reinforcing the idea that you need to get cooking. There are a few different ways for you to unlock new recipes in Tower of Fantasy. The most straightforward is by completing side quests where the NPC may reward you with a new recipe.

But trial and error ends up being the most popular way of finding out about new recipes. Most of your experiments will result in the Awful Stew dish, which you get when the combination of ingredients amounts to nothing in particular. However, sometimes you may learn a new dish by pure luck, especially if the success rate is high.

There's one thing that you must know when first trying to create a new recipe. The cooking process comes with a success rate, meaning that for the first time you need to increase this percentage up to a comfortable number. You can do this by adding more ingredients of the type that the recipe requires, increasing the odds.

Other option that worked for me is to add whatever you have of the main ingredients and then round it up with a bunch of lesser ingredients, such as Lettuce. This will get the success rate up and hopefully create the dish you were hoping for.

Avoid adding any major ingredients that aren't in the original recipe as that will affect the outcome of the product in a bad way, and you may end up getting an Awful Stew.

There are dozens of recipes to discover and they come in different grades represented by colors: grey, green, blue, and purple. Dishes are also categorized into baked, main, soup, and drink.
