Anyway, Neowiz has announced that a Bless Online North American server merge is coming on December 19, 2018, which is always a sign of a dwindling player base. NA Servers Hilan and Kairos are being merged to give birth to the new NA server Perisos.
But European players shouldn't laugh, as their servers are also being merged. Bacillas and Iriaphos are merging into Harman.
Players shouldn't have any trouble with character transfer, but there are a few issues that could lead to deactivation of a character, particularly regarding Faction Clashes. You should read this server merge FAQ to know what is going to happen.
