Gigantic is shutting down tomorrow, in case you forgot

The time for you to enjoy Motiga's MOBA Gigantic is coming to an end. Perfect World is going to shut down the Gigantic servers tomorrow, July 31 at 8:00am PT, obliterating what was a pretty decent game that had a troubled development and a very short life.

I'm pretty sure that it wasn't an easy decision to cancel Gigantic, as the publisher admits, stating that “its uniqueness did not resonate with as many players as we'd hoped.” Gigantic couldn't find a comfortable spot in the crowded MOBA genre, despite its undeniable qualities. The question that remains is just how unique an MMORPG would be if it used the talented artists that created Gigantic for Motiga – I guess we'll never know.
