Nexon has announced that MapleStory 2 is skipping the open beta square in South Korea and going directly to full launch on July 7, 2015. The level cap will go up to 40 with the plan being of bringing it up to level 50 with a patch in August. It's all great stuff and the game sounds like a lot of fun, with all the sandbox features and in-depth housing system, but only players in South Korea get to enjoy it for now.
A global release was teased last year, but no more news were revealed on that matter. Rumors say that North America may get MapleStory 2 during 2016.
