Some of you may not notice it, but Path of Exile isn't a spring chicken anymore – the PC original is already walking towards its fourth anniversary, if we don't count the closed and open beta stages (the Xbox One version is coming sometime during 2017). The Grinding Gear Games staff has decided that some of the character models were looking a bit antique and went on to redesign them for the current times.
Two updated NPC models were shown and should launch with the upcoming The Fall of Oriath expansion, to be released in June or July 2017. You can see the ‘before' and ‘after' comparison below for Nessa and Tarkleigh.
