Project Magnum is Nexon’s upcoming PC third-person shooter

Project Magnum Nexon

You're not getting rid of looter shooters anytime soon, it seems. Nexon has revealed a new game, one of many that the giant studio has under development. Project Magnum is the codename of the game developed by subsidiary NAT Games, makers of Heroes of Incredible Tales (HIT), Overhit, and the new Blue Archive. A job offer from 2019 also hints that the same studio is developing a HIT MMORPG, but we haven't heard anything about it since then.

Back to Project Magnum, which is in development for PC and consoles, with a global release planned. You can expect a mixture of RPG and third-person combat, something that sounds an awful lot like what you would expect from DayZ, for example. The game takes a sci-fi approach and offers “beautiful visuals” and PvE battles with massive bosses.

For now, all that we have from the game is the artwork below. We'll wait and see if this is a keeper or just another shooter that goes nowhere.
