As previously announced, Sandbox Interactive just confirmed that Albion Online has entered closed alpha. This ambitious cross-platform sandbox MMORPG will give older players a heartwarming Ultima Online feel or, let's say RuneScape.
The impressive medieval fantasy world of Albion Online promises to be one of the richest ever created for an MMO. In this alpha players will be able to try gathering, trading, forging weapons, entering PvP battles, using mounts and setting up a player city, among other things. Alpha keys are a very rare thing for this game so if you really want to get a headstart you should consider buying a founder's pack.
