Just as we predicted last week, Bellona, Goddess of War, is coming to SMITE today. She will be the first new god to join the Season 2 of SMITE and Hi-Rez Studios has a mini-site detailing all of her abilities, matchups and alternate skin Battle Maiden, as well as developer and art team insight.
Bellona has a variety of weapons, including a hammer for a devastating spin attack. Her ultimate ability, Eagle’s Rally has the potential to turn the tide of a team fight. Planting a Roman flag into the ground, Bellona grants protections and increased physical power to her allies for 14s. In addition, enemies directly under where the flag is placed take damage and are stunned.
This patch also brings a visually reworked Ymir, some new skins, voice packs and gameplay tweaks. For the full patch notes see here.
