Life isn't easy for free-to-play real-time tactical strategy games. Sure, there's Atlas Reactor, but even that one just couldn't make up its mind for months and months.
Then there is Nexon's Tango 5 Reloaded, which was announced in July 2018. After a short open beta, the developers noticed that the game just wasn't attracting enough players (as you can see) and decided to cut their losses short. It was Jae Kim, the Director of Tango 5 Reloaded that delivered the sad news to the community.
The developer, Studio One, says that it isn't giving up on its quest to create a game “that is as fun and radical as it was the first time we developed this game”. We'll stay tuned for sure.
