The King of Fighters Allstar gameplay shows a surprisingly cool fighter

The King of Fighters AllStar is about to launch globally on October 22 and the first gameplay is already doing the rounds. Somewhat surprisingly, this isn't a shallow hero collector game as we feared; instead, it looks like a decent tribute to the series that you actually get to play.

The King of Fighters Allstar gameplay shows a game that may not be the most deep fighter ever – far from it, in fact. However, it looks really good and comes with nearly 50 fighters from the series, with collaborations with other games already planned for the future. I can see myself spending some time on it, trying to unlock new fighters to see how they handle themselves on the battlefield.
