The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross release slated for 2020 in all regions

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross release

Netmarble is going to launch a cool cinematic RPG this year in all territories. The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross release follows a successful Japanese launch last year, one which we managed to play. We've enjoyed this anime RPG a lot and recommend you to give it a go when it's available – in the meantime, check our The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross impressions to learn all that you need to know about it.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross English download will be available in 2020, but Netmarble didn't give us a specific date. However, it revealed the pre-registration rewards that you'll get at launch. Head over to the Play Store or the App Store to register.

After watching the amazing official trailer below, there is something that you should know. The original Japanese version only offered portrait mode gameplay, so you would be stuck with a small play field. There were third-party programs to override this limitation and play the game horizontally, but this resulted in some display bugs. This trailer, however, shows The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross gameplay in landscape mode, leading us to believe that Netmarble may have natively implemented support for this mode. We surely hope so, as this allows for the game's beautiful graphics to truly shine.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross pre-registration rewards:

  • 1x Meliodas in-game character, the main hero of The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross
  • 1x in-game costume and weapon for Meliodas
  • 30 Diamonds (The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross’ premium currency, 10 Draws value)
  • 100,000 Gold (The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross’s in-game currency)
  • An exclusive box that offers in-game items, including a special costume for Elizabeth, the main heroine of The Seven Deadly Sins

In The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross game, you control Meliodas in a rich story-based RPG adventure. You'll get to meet lively characters such as Elizabeth and Hawk, as well as the giant Diane. It features over 100 cutscenes and the original voice actors from the Japanese anime reprise their roles in the game. The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross release is evidently free to download, and it is definitely worth your time.
