Nexon is working for a few weeks on a Vindictus Europe service migration, meaning that the European version would soon be migrating to the Nexon Global Platform launcher managed by Nexon America. The initial plan was to have this completed by September 28 but it didn't happen, and now the new plan is to have it ready by February 2017.
The migration will make new Europe servers available when you log in to the game, so you can create characters to play with your European friends. It should also improve the overall service, with faster updates for European players. North American players won't be affected at all by this situation.
Other Nexon games MapleStory, War Rock, and Combat Arms will also go through this service migration.
