News:

Mabinogi 2: Arena development stopped
If you were expecting Mabinogi 2: Arena, then you’re out of luck – Nsquare just stopped the development. Nsquare, the team formed from Nexon and NCsoft staff, revealed the sad news and also that they’re moving on to other projects, one of them being MapleStory 2. There are also rumors of an Unreal Engine 4-powered online shooter. The team wants to revisit Mabinogi 2: Arena in the future, but we wouldn’t hold our breath. There was a lot of confusion surrounding Mabinogi 2: Arena, which was going to be an action dungeon crawler, while fans were expecting a true sequel to Mabinogi: Fantasy Life. Ultimately, these gamers’ reactions apparently sealed the fate of the game.

Aura Kingdom begins stress test, open to every player
After a few days in closed beta, Aura Kingdom just entered the server stress test, Aeria Games has announced. Aura Kingdom is now ready to welcome a lot of players to test the server stability and everyone is able to join without the need for a key. There will be a server wipe after this stress test, so don’t expect to keep your character’s progress. You should expect some bugs, server downtime and localization issues, as the game is still under development. The open beta shouldn’t be too far away.

Yulgang 2 open beta date announced
Yulgang 2, an upcoming martial MMORPG, is going to enter open beta on January 14. Cubizone announced that players who entered December’s closed beta will receive their event prizes during the open beta. This is a good game which should help some players quench their thirst for the eternally delayed Western version of Blade and Soul. Don't expect the same level of eye-candy (meaning prominent boobs and huge, oiled up legs) as in Blade & Soul though.

‘Find the Game’ Quiz

Very few free to play shooters get a warm reception such as this one did, the latest installment in a beloved jetpack-powered franchise. However, quality alone wasn’t enough to keep the game thriving and the studio is clearly neglecting it in favor of a MOBA. It’s not dead yet but things aren’t looking good. The first one to write the answer in the comments (here or in our YouTube channel) will see his or her name featured in the next Free to Play Unlimited episode.

Most Wanted: Tree of Savior

Were you disappointed by Ragnarok Online 2? Then you should look no further than Tree of Savior. Tree of Savior is being called the spiritual sequel to Ragnarok Online since the first gameplay trailer aired, but also because the studio is helmed by Mr. Hakkyu Kim, the creator of Ragnarok Online. While Ragnarok Online 2 isn’t a bad game, players wanted something closer to the original game and Tree of Savior is shaping up to be exactly that. It keeps the top down view, the anime visuals are just beautiful, character models are very creative and the environments look diverse enough to keep surprising us for a long time. With 80 playable character classes, the Korean beta is expected February 2014. No news yet on the possibility of an English version.
