Brown Dust is a new mobile game by Neowiz and it has just gone through the Spiral Cats treatment, which is to say that one of its characters was used as source of inspiration for cosplay.
Celia, which apparently is a witch, was the chosen character from Brown Dust, and Tasha is the one cosplaying.
