Lost Ark signed to Russia by Mail.ru, could NA and EU be next?

Lost Ark signed Russia

It seems that Lost Ark is slowly but steadily going to conquer the world. According to MMOCulture, Mail.Ru has just signed a deal with developer Smilegate to bring the highly anticipated MMORPG to Russia.

These are early days and localization will now begin, but it's a deal that could mean good things for North American and European players who just can't wait to get their hands on Lost Ark. In case you don't know, Mail.Ru is the owner of publisher My.com, which runs games such as Skyforge, Revelation Online, Warface and Armored Warfare, as well as the upcoming medieval warfare MMO Conqueror's Blade.

Could this mean that My.com is secretly making a deal to bring Lost Ark to North America and Europe? Even if it isn't so, Smilegate's CEO has already confirmed that Lost Ark is coming to NA and EU, so it's not a matter of if, but a matter of who and when.
