Paradox today announced that Magicka: Wizard Wars, the online competitive multiplayer game where magic wreaks havoc all over the place is going to enter open beta on May 27.
Magicka: Wizard Wars is currently available on Steam Early Access and if you don't want to wait for the open beta, you can take a look at the available packages that will net you some goodies in the process. We already tried this free MOBA (let's call it that) and enjoyed its frantic and chaotic nature quite a bit, as you can see in our Magicka: Wizard Wars first look video below.
