Skara is free-to-play MOV, Kickstarter goal is near

Skara: The Blade Remains is a free-to-play MOV – Multiplayer Online Versus game – from 8-Bit Studio and one that is nearly reaching its Kickstarter goal of $35.000 with 15 days to go. One of the biggest selling points is the use of the Unreal Engine 4, one of the first games to do so, offering realistic visuals and detailed animations.

Skara: The Blade Remains can be described as an action RPG where 16 players enter an arena and fight at the same time. Team work is required and there are some combined special attacks called Team Actions. The studio plans on making Skara one of the leading eSports games, something that is proof of the commitment to the competitive aspect of this game.

Skara is scheduled to launch on Steam Early Access in July 2014. We should have a first look on this promising game very soon.
