News:

Might and Magic Heroes Online officially launches
We haven’t heard a lot about Might & Magic Heroes Online and suddenly, boom, it’s out there and everyone can play it. And that’s a good thing. It’s been over a couple of years since we last heard something about Might & Magic Heroes Online, the free-to-play strategy MMORPG game from Blue Byte and Ubisoft. The game has just officially launched and you can play it in your browser. This spin-off of the Might & Magic strategy RPG franchise combines tried and tested gameplay mechanics from the series with MMO features such as guilds, friends and co-op gameplay. You can choose your heroes from two factions, Haven or Necropolis, recruit several creatures to build an army and enter turn-based battles that actually have a lot of depth to them. If you’re a fan of the series this could be a good bet.

Global Agenda 2 is PvP-focused spiritual sequel
If you’re wondering about the development of the Global Agenda sequel, we finally got some new info for you. While Hi-Rez Studios is enjoying the success of its MOBA SMITE, the studio is hard at work in Global Agenda 2, which is in fact a spiritual sequel and rumors say it could be called Global Assault. Hi-Rez Studios CEO revealed on Reddit some new stuff about the game, even going as far as saying that the closed beta is planned for later this year, if things go as expected. PvP is the focus of the game, with objective-based 5v5 PvP and E-sports will be supported. There are no fixed classes and there’s a dome city area which probably acts as a hub where players may interact. So, unlike the first game, Global Agenda 2 won’t have open world elements and PvE. How do you feel about this?

Elsword Online gets new Add the Arc Tracer class
Elsword Online is an acclaimed anime action MMORPG and it just got a new class added to the mix. On October 1st, the new class Add the Arc Tracer was added to the roster. You can choose to upgrade Add to the Arc Tracer Job Path at level 15. The official Elsword Online website has all the juicy details about this class.

ArcheAge has two million registered players
ArcheAge had quite a bit of a troublesome launch, but Trion Worlds is now kicking some serious bot-ass, among other things. 2 million players appreciate it. ArcheAge now has over 2 million registered players from North America and Europe and things are a bit smoother now, also thanks to the 21 servers available at the moment. It’s still a game with quite a few problems, but you owe yourself to try this flawed masterpiece. It’s a ruthless game world, so consider yourself warned.

Shards of War is a new MOBA with alternate realities
Shards of War is an upcoming science-fiction MOBA from Bigpoint. The beta shouldn’t take long now. Shards of War somehow looks a bit like that other MOBA from Bigpoint, Merc Elite. However, Shards of War is more about laserguns and robots. The story goes on about parallel worlds and how the different realities fight against each other, starting a new age of conflict. Expect 5v5 PvP gameplay with WASD controls and matches that last around 20 minutes. The 10 sentinels expected at launch have some cool, badass names such as Rhino, Cobra and Warhead. You can sign up for the beta at the official website.

‘Find the Game’ Quiz

This is an original title where characters from a popular fighting franchise decide to play a game of cards. This is a long-running franchise and among all the known characters, it includes a panda – and a badass panda at that. The first one to write the answer in the comments will see his name featured in the next Free to Play Unlimited episode.

Most Wanted: World of Speed

World of Speed is the second racing game in development by the experts at Slightly Mad Studios. Project Cars is the simulation, this is the arcade racer. World of Speed not only looks great, it focuses on teamplay and tries to provide a fair way of rewarding every team member, be it the winner or those that accomplished some kind of challenge during the race. Circuits are based in real life tracks from known cities all around the world, such as London, Moscow or Monaco. You’re currently watching a race in Moscow on a very rainy day. It’s all very beautiful, as you can see, including the cockpits, although the steering wheel is still something of a work in progress, it seems. Don’t call this a free-to-play game; the devs are calling it a free-to-compete, in an attempt to avoid the somewhat deceiving expression. We’re not sure yet if they’re being truly honest about it, but here’s hoping.
