Revelation Online is a free-to-play MMORPG developed in China that is drawing quite some attention and there's some talk about it releasing sometime in the West. Players who have tried it usually mention the similarities to Blade and Soul, mostly the artstyle, the combat system and the sexyness of some female characters. This is a fairly good game and you should keep an eye out for it.
