Kanpani Girls is a free-to-play browser MMORPG where you play as a CEO of an all-girl mercenary company. You can hire new employees which are in fact cute anime girls with very different styles and attacks. You'll get to arrange your squad as you wish for the several combats that lay ahead, you can level them up and as a fun detail, when a character is defeated, you can see her artwork with her clothes ripped off. While this doesn't seem to be an adult game, there is plenty of NSFW material nonetheless.
