UFO Online has been under secrecy for quite a while and suffered a few delays and redesigns, but the open beta is finally here. Gamigo’s free browser-based take on X-Com – which had a great revival with the recent X-Com: Enemy Unknown by Firaxis – seems like a game with some depth and we’ll make a first look video on it to make sure it’s worth your time.
Quite a lot of revamping happened during the closed beta testing. Things such as a comprehensive tutorial, new mission systems, improved research and upgrade systems, a redesigned user interface and improved graphical effects.
