Black Desert Online is coming to North America and Europe! Yay! But it was just announced that it's going to be a premium title, which means that it won't be free-to-play, you have to buy the game for a price that is yet undisclosed. But Black Desert is also going to feature the same cash shop as in the Korean, Russian and Japanese versions, however in those regions the game is free. What gives?
