download PUBG Lite for free

What a great time to be poor… Well, sort of, because you can finally play PUBG without paying a cent. You can now download PUBG Lite, the free-to-play version of the hugely successful battle royale game that was developed with low spec machines in mind. Laptops and such are one of the targets of PUBG Lite.

During the previous month, we've talked about how PUBG Lite was coming to Europe, stretching the radius of its beta test. Since October 10, you can download PUBG Lite in most regions of Europe – you can get the client here. You'll only need a mere 4 GB of hard drive space, something that seems extremely reasonable when you compare it to its older brother, or upcoming high-profile releases such as Modern Warfare (175 GB) or Red Dead Redemption 2 (150 GB).

Give PUBG Lite a go and enjoy it with players from South Asia, MENA, and LATAM, but no South America (except for Brazil) or North America. Eventually, the game will release in these regions as well, and we'll let you know when that happens.
