Deathgarden Bloodharvest free to play switch as development ends

Deathgarden Bloodharvest free to play

Behaviour Digital has revealed that the multiplayer survival action game Deathgarden Bloodharvest is now free for everyone. The Deathgarden Bloodharvest free to play update happens as the developers have decided to end development.

This outcome wasn't entirely unexpected; as the devs noticed that the player base was decreasing over the past few months, there were many scenarios on the table, but they considered that none of them would change the fate of the game.

Therefore, Deathgarden Bloodharvest won't get any more updates, although the studio is going to finalize work on every feature that is currently being developed.

Deathgarden is described as a work of passion that started two years ago. Behaviour is proud of what it has accomplished and how it helped the studio grow, and the Deathgarden team has been deployed to work in other projects, some of them yet to be revealed to the public.

In case you want to show them your appreciation, there is a Play with the Devs livestream planned for December 12. You can play and watch it on Twitch starting at 3 PM EST. The Deathgarden servers will be up and running until the end of the year at the very least, and switching the game to a free-to-play business model should help with matchmaking.

A few months ago, Deathgarden received the Terminator T-800 Endoskeleton set, something that fans of the franchise surely appreciated. Download Deathgarden Bloodharvest on Steam and give it a shot to see if this is another case of a game that deserved better luck.
