To unlock the Noah's Heart Faith Has Price Encounter, you must go to a mountain southwest of Aquilaria Town, where a big dragon skull lies. We unlocked this anecdote at level 64, so you shouldn't be able to do it before that, but give it a go around that level. The coordinates in Verdispom Land are [-2834, -86], and there's an NPC nearby called Giga.

You know that you have unlocked the Faith has Price Encounter when you reach the dragon skull and the anecdote shows up as Analyzing in your Encounter list. After praying, go to your Others mission tab and choose [Encounter] As you look closer, there is a faint fire in the eyes of the dragon bone. Talk to Giga, who is clearly not a scammer, and choose between “Are you blackmailing me?” and “Pay 50 Gold” – we went with the first one, but the other option shouldn't really affect the way the Encounter unfolds.

Check your Others tab again and choose [Encounter] Find Laurent and ask for advice on how to unmask the liar. After the conversation, you must manually go to the Realm of Dragon Bone to collect crystalline phosphorus. You can do this by opening the world map and choosing the realm that is just a bit to the southeast of your current position. By now this realm is activated and you can explore it peacefully.

Inside the dungeon you can press the [Encounter] Go to the Realm of Dragon Bone and collect enough crystalline phosphorus. This will take you to the exact location of the gems, you can exit the realm after collecting them.

Return to Laurent for another chat and then go back to the dragon skull, where you'll set the crystalline phosphorus. Talk to an angry Giga and then chat with the angry villagers that showed up. Despite your efforts, they choose to remain faithful to a deity that doesn't exist, but at least you got 60 diamonds and a title for your efforts.

Completed: Giga's fraud was exposed, and the fanatical faith of the villagers was shaken. I wonder how long the dragon can still protect Giga.

Chest Clue (require Lv. 2 and above lightsaber): On the container of the Winter Plain.

Analysis: Pray by the dragon's bone at the edge of cliff.
