Fashion blueprints or recipes in Noah's Heart can be obtained through Phantom affection levels. Most outfit sets are based on the character design of your Phantom friend, and so the way to unlock the design is by raising affection. You can do this by offering gifts to a specific Phantom – for example, you can unlock the Brilliant Journey set by giving presents to the Marilyn Monroe Phantom.

Unless there are any significant changes, a Phantom Fashion design set can be unlocked when you reach Affection level 13. If you focus your efforts on a single Phantom, this shouldn't be a daunting task. Still, this is but the first part of the process.
