Aeria Games officially confirms that Bless Online is still alive

Bless Online goes free-to-play

The uncertainty with the western localization of Bless Online is probably still fresh in your mind, with the Aeria Games' Bless Online website down for quite some time and the publisher's lack of communication leading to some speculation on how the game could be dead for the English market. Some sort of unofficial statement wasn't enough to cheer us up, so we were wondering when the German publisher would finally step up to its game – literally.

But Massively OP reached out to Aeria Games and finally got a representative to talk about the state of Bless Online, saying that the game is being worked on and that the downtime is just a matter of migration to a new data center:

“This maintenance is due to a migration to a new data center for all our services from game to portal, so there is no need to be worried. It’ll improve the experience of the players. However, we are still working on it and the website will be back online soon! On the side, we are working closely with Neowiz on the gameplay improvement aimed for the North American and European version!”

Phew! So that settles it, apparently. Aeria Games should definitely be a bit more open with its communication, instead of letting players wonder if something is going on.
