Dauntless enters closed beta today, feel the thrill of the hunt

The highly anticipated monster hunting online co-op action RPG Dauntless has just entered closed beta today. This PC exclusive is developed by Phoenix Labs and tries to offer a challenging and addictive take on slayer versus behemoth. This closed beta will be used by the developers to improve the game and expand on it with regular updates: you can expect more behemoths, weapons and armor, story expansions and more. Dauntless focuses on the huge co-op fights, but it's also a game about crafting, with a system that will see players create a vast arsenal of customized weapons and armor. Some behemoths are vulnerable to specific kinds of weapons, so you'll have to play with that. Up to four players will take on each behemoth.

Dauntless will be available later this year as a free-to-play game for everyone to download on PC.
