Talk to Reggie and hear his plea for you to bring his goods back. Go into the Goddess' Lake if you have fatigue points available, you can do this automatically from the Others tab by selecting the Encounter objective.

Complete the dungeon and defeat the Starthunder Golem boss, then search for Rege's cargo by clicking the mission objective. Wait a few seconds after picking up Reggie's goods until the Succeeded warning pops up, then leave the realm.

Go back to Rege (his name keeps changing, as you may have noticed) to deliver the news, then find Riley in Utu Town to give him the goods – he's the short, chubby character with aristocratic looks not far from Frank. He begrudgingly agrees to bury the Expendables in Realm of Lakeside, enter the realm and run to the boss area, where you'll see a tombstone. Now you must pray for the veterans, approach the gravestone and use the Veteran Grave interaction to pray.

Talk to Relly a.k.a. Riley to finish the Encounter and receive 60 diamonds and the title Creed.

Completed: Uncle Riley buries Rege and “The Expendables”. They have fulfilled the credo of “not leaving a single quest unsettled” all their lives.

Chest Clue (require Lv. 2 and above lightsaber): On the gate of Star Valley Temple.

Analysis: Search for wounded old soldier.
