This is getting out of hand. Blade & Soul games are coming out from under every rock and confusion is starting to creep in, with Blade & Soul Revolution being the latest.
This time it's Netmarble Korea that has just announced another Blade & Soul game, which is certainly going to be mobile only. There's little information so far on Blade & Soul Revolution, with more coming at G-Star 2017 starting November 16, so we have to wait a bit more. All we have for now is the short cinematic teaser below, and it won't give you any indication of the gameplay. The official website is already live.
And now it's time for a short recap. First there was the original PC MMORPG Blade & Soul (with a version for consoles in development), and Blade & Soul 2 was recently announced for mobile devices. Then there's Blade & Soul Mobile, which is pretty much a card battler. And what about Blade & Soul: Hongmoon Rising, a browser-based China exclusive? And let's not forget Blade & Soul: Table Arena, a VR game, and finally there's… Oh, I give up. Let me know if I missed anything.
