Fortnite Horde Bash update is coming on October 5

Epic Games has properly introduced the upcoming Fortnite Horde Bash update, which is coming on Thursday, October 5, along with several new additions. The Survive the Storm event, on the other hand, is now going to hibernate for an indefinite period.

The Challenge The Horde mode is just what you're thinking. You have unlimited time but finite resources to create a portable horde fort and after that you party with up to three friends in the combat area. Then it's time to bash the husks and protect your forts, getting more resources and rewards to improve your fort.

The new Scavenger Event makes an appearance, with the Scavenger Llamas holding four new Heroes, nine weapons, and two new Defenders. By completing quests and playing the Challenge the Horde mode you earn currency to unlock the rewards.

Finally, the Horde Bash update comes with the following new heroes:

• Raider Soldier – Loves the shotgun and close encounters.
• Ammo Harvest Outlander – If you need ammo, this is your Hero.
• Trap Specialist Constructor – Get a damage boost & durability boost.
• Energy Thief Ninja – Generates and leeches energy from melee combat.
