Warframe is about to get the music-driven Octavia

The Octavia's Anthem update is coming soon to Warframe and with it comes one of the most surprising Warframes ever to enter this game: Octavia. We talked about her a while ago when we still didn't know what she would be called, but the fact is that Octavia is indeed a music-driven Warframe, with abilities powered by the Mandachord, a tool used to mix Melody, Bass, and Percussion music tracks into an harmony of destruction.

Octavia's abilities are all music-based, including the Metronome which grants buffs to those who consistently perform actions in time to Octavia’s music, such as jumps, crouching or firing rhythmically. The update also brings a new quest, the new weapons Pandero (semi-automatic pistol) and Tenora (automatic rifle), and the Captura feature, which is essentially a photo mode. Since there's no reveal video or release date for the Octavia's Anthem yet (there's a web comic, or better, the first part of it), we'll leave you with a couple of videos that should give you a good idea about Octavia and the Mandachord tool.
