Adult MMORPG Secret World Legends has officially launched

Funcom's adult MMORPG Secret World Legends has just launched today. This shared-world RPG, as the developers call it, was widely seen as one of the best games of its genre when it was known as The Secret World. The switch to a free-to-play business model was just one of the major changes that the game went through, including combat that is now aiming to feel more dynamic and action-based, using a reticle system. The game's nine weapon types were redesigned with some twists to make their use more in-depth and challenging.

The story content of Secret World Legends features over 100 hours of content for you to explore alone, with friends, or with strangers that you meet along the way. This is one of the strengths of the game, as this is one of the few mature MMORPGs, set in a dark and twisted universe filled with supernatural creatures that exist among us. You will travel the world and discover these dark forces, solving complex investigations and eradicating these creatures of legend.

The adult MMORPG Secret World Legends is set to have a second lease on life, as Funcom has promised to keep developing new storylines for the game. Secret World Legends is coming to Steam on July 31, 2017.
